Advise marketing partners on B2B campaign best practices, manage project requests, oversee vendors, and maintain data quality and compliance.

Implements and configures BlackLine accounting software for mid-market and enterprise clients. Manages implementation scope, milestones, budgets, risks, documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and customer communications. Advises clients on accounting and application best practices, resolves issues, builds executive relationships, and delivers strategic recommendations. Mentors junior consultants and coordinates cross-functional collaboration throughout project delivery and post-implementation transition.

Leads BlackLine’s creative direction and visual identity across campaigns, web, social, video, and events. Translates complex enterprise software concepts into compelling visual stories, directs flagship campaigns and live-event experiences, and partners with marketing and executive teams. Builds and develops an in-house design, video, and motion team; manages budgets, agencies, vendors, workflows, and creative standards. Also advances AI-augmented creative tools and operational practices.

Lead and manage strategic technology partner relationships (AI providers, cloud hyperscalers, data platforms). Drive joint integrations and co-development from scoping to GA, negotiate technical collaboration agreements, influence partner roadmaps, define partnership success metrics, and coordinate co-marketing while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, security, legal, and marketing.

Engineers will work with modern software practices, cloud-native technologies, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and microservices while learning from senior engineers and architects.

Design, build, deploy, and optimize production-grade generative AI applications using foundation models and LLMs. Develop evaluation pipelines, RAG systems, fine-tuned models, AI agents, and datasets for financial workflows. Improve application latency, cost, accuracy, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred work includes AgenticOS patterns, multimodal models, inference optimization, LLMOps, model composition, responsible AI guardrails, and regulated financial applications.

Owns complex general ledger, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and audit schedules. Ensures US GAAP and SOX compliance while partnering with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, IT, and operations. Drives accounting process optimization, BlackLine adoption, automation, AI integration, UAT, ERP enhancements, technical accounting research, and special projects. Acts as a subject matter expert and informal mentor without direct people-management responsibilities.

Build and deploy AI agents and in-app features for Finance. Develop NetSuite/Zuora customizations, orchestrate integrations with Workato, and own semantic data models (Snowflake, Sigma). Embed RBAC and SOX controls and partner with Finance leadership to translate processes into automated solutions.
