Set up standards for equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational reliability.
Ensure all technical work preparations prioritize safety and efficiency.
A technical Higher Professional Education degree (Ing.) or a technical Master degree (Ir.)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mechanical environment preferably in cranes.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented team player with excellent communication abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%).
Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages such as German is a big plus.
