The Role
We are seeking a stellar Technical Executive Assistant – Public Sector & Strategic Partnerships to support strategic business development, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and project execution initiatives. This role is pivotal in accelerating public sector and enterprise opportunities by providing analytical support, executive-level coordination, proposal development, market intelligence, and cross-functional project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategic Support
- Support the identification, qualification, and pursuit of public sector and enterprise opportunities.
- Develop executive briefs, proposals, presentations, and business cases.
- Conduct market research on government initiatives, industry trends, and prospective clients.
- Support executive meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Solutions & Technical Coordination
- Develop a strong understanding of Flutterwave products and integrated payment solutions.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to design client-specific solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable internal deliverables.
- Support solution demonstrations and client presentations.
- Project Monitoring & Execution
- Track strategic initiatives from opportunity stage through implementation.
- Monitor action items and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Identify and escalate project risks and implementation bottlenecks.
- Maintain project governance trackers and status reports.
- Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Maintain databases of opportunities, stakeholders, competitors, and market intelligence.
- Analyze business data using Excel and Power BI.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
- Generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management
- Support engagements with government officials, regulators, banks, and enterprise clients.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-up and execution of agreed actions.
Required Competencies & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, business strategy, product management, project management, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, collections, financial services, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation development skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High integrity, reliability, and accountability.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
