Ensures timely and accurate completion of the work. Follow-up queries between IMLG and Investment Managers. Focus on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes. Ensures daily task completed in time and accurately. Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverable.
Major Duties:
•Process all the transactions
•Reviews and verifies accuracy of the data / duties and proper authorization of payment
•Maintain updates and retrieves departmental reports and resolves problems encountered without breaching the SLA
•Ensures accuracy
•Timely of filling of group email as well as complying with SLA and regulations
•Focus on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and or processes
•Prepare and maintain complete documentation and procedure on the process to support individual and create needful documents for the new comers
•Train new partners
•Proactively researches and resolves problems encountered with performing daily tasks and refer more complex problems to manager or team leader at the timely manner
•Responds to inquiries regarding the exceptions via eRM, emails, swifts and other reports and maintenance and keeps manager or team leader up to date on all relevant issues; escalating any issues as appropriate
•To have sufficient knowledge on FX basic trade flow and settlement method
•Act as central source of contact in researching and resolution of issues with minimum help of team leader or manager
•Assist Team Leader in the day to day functioning
•Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
