Perform oversight of depositary processes by reviewing and analyzing documentation, reconciling positions to documentation values, investigating system exceptions, and reviewing junior team members' work for accuracy and compliance.

Lead and oversee global KYC/EDD processes in the second line of defense, provide AML/KYC subject-matter expertise, support KYC transformation, manage risks and escalations, advise first line, support audits/regulatory exams, enhance reporting, and lead projects to improve controls and consistency across regions.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of Client360 product capabilities to deliver a consistent client view across Wealth Management. Drive market analysis, product lifecycle (strategy, pricing, go-to-market), cross-platform alignment, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration. Track post-launch performance, P&L, KPIs, and adoption. Coordinate with Technology, Data, Operations, and sales to reduce duplication, improve data quality, and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.

Perform monthly fund closings, prepare and analyze financial statements, interact with clients and auditors, resolve accounting questions, research complex accounting policies (U.S. GAAP/IFRS), automate processes, test integration releases, and act as subject-matter expert on HFS systems.

Lead sourcing strategy and category analytics for technology applications. Manage RFx processes, contract drafting/negotiation, supplier performance, compliance (e.g., OFAC, FCPA), procurement metrics, and ERP/ECM administration. Partner with business stakeholders to implement sourcing solutions, supplier rationalization, and demand management.

Support trade lifecycle for hedge fund clients including trade capture, affirmation, break resolution, settlement and event processing. Liaise with trading desks, prime brokers and counterparties to ensure timely settlement, monitor trade posting/affirmation, resolve failing trades, reconcile books with control teams, and maintain client relationships while meeting tight deadlines.

Provide validated securities pricing for European funds, reconcile pricing queries, support audit and reporting, communicate with stakeholders, follow procedures, and identify process improvements.

Responsible for timely, accurate client billing, set-up and maintenance of client data, month-end accruals and revenue recognition, fee debtor collection, resolving client/business queries, ensuring SOX and audit compliance, and acting as subject matter expert on fee-related changes and projects.

Lead the Accounting and Fund Administration technology tower: define strategy, manage finance/HR/reporting, improve governance, coordinate cross-team execution, mitigate risks, and drive hiring and financial discipline.

Partner with Private Equity business to assess learning needs, design and deliver L&D programs, communicate initiatives, evaluate training effectiveness, and introduce best practices to improve partner performance.

Support investment advisors by preparing portfolio materials, setting up client accounts, processing transactions (including DTC and physical certificates), ordering reports, assisting tax and fee reconciliation, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and participating in client meetings using proprietary tools.

Serve as primary Alternative Asset Services contact for client relationship managers. Monitor and resolve internal/external inquiries, analyze data and valuations, manage daily deliverables, identify process improvements, and support department projects while escalating complex issues to supervisors.
