We are a market leading education technology company on the lookout for an experienced, articulate, and passionate individual to manage and maintain our technical / non-functional tender response library. You will possess a strong technical background, exceptional writing and content management skills, and the ability to drive content strategy within a technical context.You will need to be ever-curious and able to understand, manage, and create content for topics in areas such as SaaS, security, compliance, architecture, APIs, privacy, and accessibility. You will be responsible for identifying content decay in a library of reusable pre-sales and proposal content and updating and adding changes to this content as we mature our backend architecture and enterprise. Working in collaboration with a number of different teams such as sales, compliance, engineering, and bids and proposals, you will play an essential content management role, acting as technical advisor and content strategist, thoughtfully able to consider our needs and relay information in the most succinct and accurate ways possible.

Here's what you will doing:

  • Maintaining a large technical / non-functional content library (e.g. performance, security, reliability, scalability, usability, and accessibility) that houses gold standard, up-to-date, reusable, and accessible pre-sales and proposal content
  • Working closely with subject matter experts to gather technical details and transform them into accessible, audience-appropriate content
  • Creating high-quality technical / non-functional content for bids and tenders, whitepapers, industry questionnaires, assessments, and technical proposals
  • Researching, verifying, and testing technical concepts and functionality to ensure the messaging is accurate
  • Owning content review cycles and managing input from various stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate, clear, coherent, and compliant with internal guidelines
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging and branding throughout all content
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into technical content strategies
  • Participating in other projects and contribute ideas as we continuously improve and innovate

Here's what you will need to know/have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical writing or related role
  • Expertise and/or experience in SaaS applications, back-end cloud architecture, and related fields such as security, privacy, compliance, scalability, and accessibility
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and platforms
  • Business- or native-level English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s/ College degree or other comparable certification
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical content projects simultaneously
  • Ability to get hands-on in the technical details and test, confirm, and verify technical information for yourself
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AWS, Javascript, APIs, JSON, encryption
