Location: Kraków, Poland (we follow a hybrid work model, requiring 2–3 days per week in the local office).
Duration: One-year internship with the flexibility to choose between a part-time schedule (minimum 24 hours per week) and a full-time arrangement.

Meet the Team
We are currently looking for new hires in the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC).
TAC is a strategic partner to our customers, saving businesses from the impact of network incidents, solving and preventing the recurrence of deep technical issues, with access to Cisco Technical Assistance Labs with over $650M in Cisco assets, using this equipment to stay up to date on brand-new innovations and understand what makes them tick. As a Technical Consulting Engineer in TAC you will fix and resolve incidents, recreate customer technical problems within Cisco's internal labs, conduct detailed solving, debugging and log analysis, collaborate with colleagues across different technology teams to resolve network environment issues, work closely with engineering teams to improve product quality by identifying, reporting, and automating the detection of software defects.

Minimum Qualifications:
You are a current student towards a Networking, IT, Computer Science or a related Engineering degree. Equivalent IT experience, bootcamp or certification course are accepted in lieu of degree. (being a student for the duration of the internship is a must)
You can communicate in English (verbal and written).
You have a basic understanding and knowledge of networking, software, information technology or computer science.
You are eligible to work in Poland without any visa/work permit sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
You have a core knowledge of at least one of these technologies: Routing, Switching, Datacenter, Security, Virtualization, Collaboration, Wireless, Software or Network programmability & automation.
Knowledge of adjacent technologies, holding Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, DEVASC) or other industry recognized certifications is a plus.
You have practical experience using AI tools in your daily work and can demonstrate practical use cases from your professional or academic experience
Leverage good communication, consulting and customer relationship skills to build productive collaborations.
