Role overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate test management activities for ETL migration programs
- Define and maintain test concepts, plans, and status reporting
- Manage and track defects across the test lifecycle
- Perform and support test reconciliation and validation processes
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Facilitate communication between business, IT, and vendors
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations and reporting materials (e.g. PowerPoint)Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance processes
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in test management within banking or financial services
- Strong expertise in ETL / data migration testingHands-on experience with defect management and test lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Strong presentation and communication skillsExperience working in large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- Solid understanding of banking business concepts
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- German (nice to have)
