Process/Project Management
Initiate/Kick Off Project
Create project plan with relevant details such as (WBS, Effort Estimations)
Task Allocation & Track deliveries for against SLA
Risk Management and Mitigation
Create & Maintain project management routines
Initiate/Lead & Conceptualize to implement ideas of process automation
Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to your Tower
Create & Maintain necessary project documents
People Management
Helps drive associate engagement & related associated issues
Initiate & Identify user technical/ functional training needs and devise and managing user training programs
Track performance of project team members and takes appropriate action
Communications
Responsible for project/client communication
Client level ownership
Manage internal stakeholder communication
Manage Offshore/Onshore Interaction and Stakeholder Communication

Interprets very complex business needs and translates them into system requirements
