Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating user requirements, developing and implementing IT solutions, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure aligns with organizational goals. Some travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate user requirements and business processes.
- Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Document IT processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field not required but recommended.
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
