Lead and manage manufacturing and process-improvement projects, support new product development and tooling, deploy technical standards and training (including RJG), interface with operations and vendors, and ensure successful NPD launch and production readiness.

Plans and improves plant layouts, manufacturing processes, workflows, cell designs, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Frequent travel and occasional lifting required.
