Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- 2-5 years of data science or client management experience
- Experience leading meetings with Finance Directors, managers, and subject-matter experts
- Strong data analysis skills and experience configuring or working with AI/ML agents or AI platforms
- Experience driving SaaS adoption, change management, and delivering measurable finance outcomes (e.g., DSO reduction)
- Proven stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and Consulting; ability to lead task forces/war rooms
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites
