Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- 2-5 years of data science or client management experience
- Experience with finance workflows (Order-to-Cash, Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Treasury) and delivering measurable value (e.g., DSO reduction)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, and Consulting
- Executive-facing communication and ability to run steering committees and executive readiness
- Ability to conduct deep-dive audits, analyze data, and design/configure AI agents or technical solutions
- Experience designing adoption strategies, change management, and preventing scope creep
- Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50%
