Sustainalytics' Fixed Income (SFI) Team is a rapid growth business responsible for bringing sustainable finance products to multi-national corporations, governments and financial institutions. We are best known for our second-party opinions (SPOs) for green/social/sustainability and KPI-linked bonds and loans, raising capital for sustainable projects and outcomes. Job responsibilities: As part of the Operations unit within the Sustainable Fixed Income (SFI) team, the Tech and Data Specialist will contribute to Sustainalytics' continued positioning as a leading provider of SPOs for the sustainable bond/loan frameworks.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the technical and data operations of our SFI business team. You will take part to the development, operations and continuous improvement activities related to our technology and data landscape. You will use your technical and data expertise to automate business processes, build business applications, create data pipelines, perform data analysis, and leverage AI technologies to streamline our internal processes You work collaboratively with the SFI Operations and Project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

- Interest in sustainability and willingness to learn more about the industry and the bond market.
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of work experience in a technical team working with SQL, Python and automation tools. Knowledge of data modelling together with familiarity and exposure to a broader set of digital and cloud technology are considered an asset.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, Innovative and entrepreneurial.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills and ability to work in autonomy within a global team across different timezone.
- Experience with agile methodologies is considered an asset.
- Degree(s) in related discipline (computer science, engineering, information technology, data science).
- Knowledge in Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerBI and Power Apps).
- Alignment with Sustainalytics' mission, vision and values.

- Daily team meeting: Discuss with the team about daily plans or use our platform Asana to check on planned tasks and relevant information to executed them successfully.
- Get familiar with new tech, processes or data: In an very dynamic and fast moving business is critical to keep familiarizing with the technologies, process and data we handle. We are moving fast and our team is at the forefront of it.
- Develop new features or support critical business processes: Once you have completed your analysis, you have your task clear and you are familiar with the related tech, processes and data, it's time to put your creative hat on and develop new technical solutions or solve burning issues which our colleagues are facing.
- Professional Development: Apply your annual training budget to upskill your career. Lots of our team members use their budget to complete their FSA credential or complete a sustainable finance course from a leading university.
