KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Sie leiten ein Fertigungsteam und sind für die Fertigungsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung, Liefertreue und Qualität verantwortlich.

Die Fertigung komplexer Systeme in sauberer Reinraumumgebung zusammen mit einem Team gut ausgebildeter und geschulter Mitarbeitender stellen Ihr tägliches Aufgabengebiet dar. Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie mit den Abteilungen Einkauf, Engineering, Qualität und Logistik zusammen, um eine reibungslose Fertigung zu gewährleisten.

• Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines Fertigungs-Teams von 10-15 Mitarbeitenden

• Planung und Steuerung der Produktionsabläufe

• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse

Minimum Qualifications

• Sie sind ein Teamplayer, der ein motiviertes Team durch Beteiligung an der Mitgestaltung der Abläufe und Arbeitsplätze noch besser macht.

• Sie bringen Kenntnisse aus dem LEAN Werkzeugkoffer mit und haben Erfahrung mit Optimierungsprojekten.

• Sie arbeiten gern in einem internationalen Umfeld und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.

• Sie sind es gewohnt, Daten aufzubereiten und auf standortübergreifender Ebene zu präsentieren.

• Sie verfügen über eine Berufsausbildung mit anschließender Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder einem technischen Studium, mit den Schwerpunkten der Teamführung und Personalverantwortung.

• Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und zielorientiert.

• Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
