Serve as the primary technical interface to customers for KLA wafer inspection tools: deliver applications support, lead evaluations and new tool introductions, conduct acceptance tests and recipe development, provide onsite training and pre-sales enablement, develop SOPs/BKMs, analyze complex technical issues using statistical methods, and escalate insights to drive product improvements.

Provide technical applications support for KLA products in customer fabs, collaborate with internal teams and customer engineers, lead escalation and troubleshooting, run experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance, develop process recipes, and deliver application support and customer training.

Perform process demonstrations and development for SPTS products: run and optimize processes, assess results with analytical equipment/software, run long tests, troubleshoot equipment, support customers onsite, build customer relationships, and produce technical reports, patent filings, and conference papers.

Provide customer-facing application support for EBeam systems: set up, optimize, and troubleshoot process recipes, manage escalations, run DOE experiments, document results, train customers and onboard new engineers, and communicate findings to marketing and engineering.

Support and lead customer-facing development projects for EBeam metrology systems: set up and optimize process recipes, troubleshoot production issues, run DOE experiments and data analysis, manage escalations, train and onboard engineers, provide pre/post-sales technical support, and document application notes and best-known methods.

Provide technical applications support and implementation of KLA inspection/metrology products in customer fabrication facilities. Present product capabilities, assist sales with product applicability and specifications, and execute detailed customer installation plans.

Perform process demonstrations and development for SPTS products, assess results with analytical equipment and software, run long tests, troubleshoot equipment, prepare technical reports/presentations, support customers on-site, and contribute to product and patent documentation.

Provide front desk reception and daily office administration, coordinate facilities and security, manage travel and office supplies, support equipment maintenance, liaise with HR/Finance and global teams, arrange logistics for visitors and team events, assist with import/export paperwork for engineering parts, and perform other administrative duties.
