Teamkoordinator til MA&Q (MAF) - Daghold LEGO®

Er du uddannet Plastmager, Industritekniker, Værktøjsmager, Lager-disponent eller andet og har en solid forståelse for processer? Og kunne du tænke dig at blive en vigtig spiller i første led af den kæde, der forsyner vores kunder med LEGO-forme?

Din primære opgave er at holde produktionen i gang og garantere, at sikkerheden altid er i top. Du vil derfor blive involveret i fejlfinding, optimering og trimning af processer m.m. Samtidig vil du også deltage i afdelingens øvrige opgaver inden for f.eks. fremstilling, rengøring, kvalitetskontrol, vedligehold m.m.

Dine arbejdsopgaver:

· Sikrer eskalering til manager ved driftsproblemer (SQDC&P).

· Deltager i og driver lokale tavlemøder – Område Huddle, evt. afløser til Daily Huddle.

· Arbejder struktureret med problemløsning (SQDC&P) via PPS og PDCA.

· Sikrer koordinering af ressourcer, opgaver og initiativer.

· Sikrer overlevering af opgaver ved vagtskifte (dag, aften, nat og weekend).

· Sikrer opfølgning på standarder og procedure i eget område, bl.a. ved aktivt at vedligeholde egen kompetence i processer og procedure.

I den koordinerende del af stillingen arbejder du for teamet. Her driver du f.eks. forbedringer fremad og supporterer lederen ved at holde styr på holdets opgaver. Det betyder også, at du selv træder til, hvis det er dine kompetencer, der er brug for, når dine kollegaer bliver involveret i specialopgaver. Endelig får du nogle mindre administrative opgaver, der hovedsaligt løses på en pc.

Du bliver en del af vores produktion i MA&Q i Billund. Området dækker bl.a. følgende områder lager, kvalitet, samleområde og med stort fokus på sikkerhed, kvalitet og LEAN-produktion.

Som vores nye teamkoordinator kommer du til at arbejde med både akutte og planlagte aktiviteter på lige fod med dine kollegaer. Samtidig får du ansvar for at koordinere en række opgaver i teamet og træder til ved tavlemøder, som deltager og som driver.

Det gode match

  • Du er uddannet Plastmager, Industritekniker, Værktøjsmager, Lager-disponent eller lignede faglig uddannelse.

  • Du er fagligt stærk og har en solid forståelse af processer, sikkerhed og høj kvalitet.

  • Har du kendskab til eller erfaring med LEGO Koncernens processer, udstyr og andet, er det en fordel.

  • Taler og skriver du engelsk, er det en fordel.

Som person er du en holdspiller. Du er positiv, har gode samarbejdsevner og kan fungere som en løftestang for holdånden. Derudover er du ikke bange for at prøve noget nyt og er indstillet på hele tiden at lære og blive klogere. Endelig træder du gerne til og udfører andres opgaver, når de har brug for det, ligesom du er i stand til både at opsøge information og give fra dig.
