YOUR MISSIONYou are part of the Global Tech Infrastructure team and own the full Enterprise Connectivity platform from global WAN and internet lines to SASE, office sites, cloud networking, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and domain management. You will lead a team of network engineers and work in close partnership with the Global Infrastructure Operations team in Manila, who provide 24/7 monitoring and operations. You define the standards, drive the engineering roadmap, and take end-to-end responsibility for keeping PUMA’s global network infrastructure reliable, secure, and scalable.

YOUR TALENT- Deep expertise in enterprise networking: WAN, SASE, ZTNA, LAN, WiFi, internet connectivity, and firewall technologies
- Proven experience leading network engineering teams and working with remote operations centers
- Solid knowledge of cloud networking concepts (VPCs, VNets, Transit Gateways, hybrid connectivity)
- Strong command of DNS (public & private), DHCP, IPAM, and domain management
- Experience with vendor management: leading ISP, hardware, and technology provider relationships
- Ability to define and enforce technical standards, runbooks, and escalation processes across global and remote teams
- Strong communicator with the ability to align across Cloud, Security, and Operations teams
- Hands-on mindset combined with a strategic view, you can dive deep and still keep the big picture
- Willingness to relocate or already be based in Germany (Nürnberg Metropolitan region)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); on-call availability for P1 incidents.
