The Role

YOUR MISSION

Key Objectives

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Engineers/Developers in a Development and Operations Center for Intelligent Automation
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of automation solutions, ensuring they meet the defined goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Intelligent Automation Solutions using tools as briefed by Global Center of Excellence
  • Oversee the support and operations of existing Intelligent Automation Solutions
  • Provide technical guidance to the team members on Global Framework and governance
  • Ensure the timely delivery of automation projects by effectively managing project resources and timelines
  • Close collaboration with Global Center of Excellence and other IT departments
  • Outline continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas in the automation process that can be optimized for efficiency and effectiveness

YOUR TALENT

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies:

  • All genders are welcome to apply
  • University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering or related field
  • Solid experience (5+ years) in supporting or developing Intelligent Automation systems, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Low Code (PowerPlatform)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate and mentor others (previous leadership experience desired)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and automation tools/frameworks (e.g., UiPath, PowerAutomate) would be a benefit
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm and drive to perform
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good cross-cultural communication skills
  • Capability to maintain schedules and standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Business English
