- Responsible for: the stock, incoming material from supplier, coordination with Receipt QC for inspection, locating material at the correct place, picking of material within short time.
- Responsible for proper transaction of material.
- Count the material and update to maintain a high accuracy level of stock.
- High light: the stock level when it goes up, material comes early than required, etc.
- Set and follow up targets for the group and monitor the performance.
- Make GRR as soon as the material received to support SDOT, which is one of the factories KPIs.

- Secure feasible and standard communication plan within team.

- Analyze process deviations and facilitate root cause analysis and solutions via sourcing, order handling, planning and stores- team supported by support functions.
- Ensure a good level of cooperation between buyers, TM's and suppliers.
