Key Responsibilities
As our Team Manager, you’ll be the right hand to our Operations Managers, playing a key role in supporting them and the wider team. You’ll lead and inspire Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives, keeping everyone motivated, organised, and engaged every step of the way.
You’ll be the driving force behind hitting our goals, making sure your department consistently meets customer service level agreements — helping us deliver exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back.

- Own your operational areas – Understand and take charge of all essential processes and procedures to keep things running smoothly.
- Health & Safety first – Make sure your team follows all H&S regulations, and report any incidents or near misses through the right channels, keeping everyone safe and sound.
- Data-driven problem solver – Analyse the numbers, uncover root causes, and implement smart fixes — plus, escalate any big issues to the management team quickly.
- Empower your team – Ensure everyone has the right equipment and training to smash their targets, sharing best practices to keep efficiency high.
- Lead with care – Take full ownership of your team’s performance, focusing on wellbeing, attendance, and development to help them succeed.
- Be a change-maker – Get involved in department and site projects, driving continuous improvement and making a real impact every day.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You’ve got experience managing teams and love coaching and guiding them to be their best.
- You know your way around in-house warehouse management systems and can navigate them like a pro.
- You confidently understand day-to-day warehouse operations and know how to keep things running safely and smoothly.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles? You’re always on the lookout for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
- You know the ins and outs of keeping a warehouse environment safe and compliant and champion this daily.
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools to keep things organised and efficient.
