Responsibilities:Process Ownership: You define the vision, strategy, and objectives for Accounting processes and drive their continuous development in line with functional requirements, local needs, and the BPM methodology.
End-to-End Process Alignment: Together with BPM, Business Process Experts, and IT, you ensure the end-to-end alignment and optimization of Accounting processes.
Continuous Improvement: You develop business cases and functional roadmaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and sustainable process enhancements.
Leadership & Collaboration: You lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cross Services areas within Accounting and manage the respective teams.
Performance Management: You monitor process performance and define meaningful KPIs to measure and improve Accounting operations.
Governance & Documentation: You develop and maintain policies, ensure compliance, and keep process documentation and training materials up to date.
Cross-Functional Cooperation: You work closely with Business Process Experts to identify improvement opportunities and monitor process performance.
Transformation: You actively support organizational transformation initiatives, leveraging Shared Services and AI-driven solutions.
Education: Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
Process Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounting processes and a clear vision for their future development.

Leadership & Seniority: Proven experience, credibility, and the ability to make decisions and drive transformation in complex environments.
Business & Technology Acumen: Strong business understanding combined with solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Experience: Experience in Shared Service organizations and/or global process structures is an advantage.
Languages: Fluent German (minimum C1) and strong English skills (minimum B2), combined with a willingness to travel occasionally.
