Job Description:

Designs and analyzes mechanical systems, equipment and packaging. Conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs. Directs support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication. Provides design information to drafting for packaging documentation. Jobs that provide engineering technical support in this field should be assigned to this job family.

Job Requirements:

· constantly develop and update the manufacturing strategy in compliance with the overall company strategy on new project

· ensure and constantly optimize the processes and the organizational structures within the Production Group

· constantly revise and develop the manufacturing technologies and processes adapting them to the market, safety and legal requirements

· is responsible for the correct documentation, the submission and the follow-up of investments in compliance with the marketing, innovation and production strategies.

· is responsible for the Production Expenses Budgets, their follow-ups and corrective actions when necessary.

· is responsible together with Technology Department, Maitenance Department for production support

· ensure that the Quality Level expected from the Customer / Market is met and is in compliance with the Corporate Policy

· English speaking
