We are now looking for a Team Leader, Order Management for a permanent position to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

This position will play a crucial role in achieving and maintaining high quality service in evolving team of Order Management. Team leadership will be the key focus of the role. Moreover, the role will support standardization of OM processes across different markets as well as contribute to general maturity increase of OM service. What you will do

  • Lead the transition of Order Management tasks to the UPM Business HUB Wroclaw, ensuring milestones are met and operations are effectively transferred

  • Lead and develop the order management team and assure its effective performance

  • Ensure a smooth transition of order management responsibilities to the new team

  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement Supply Chain strategic goals

  • Ensure operational efficiency – perfect order fulfilment, reliable production and deliveries

  • Offer solutions in case of deviations from the supply or logistic plan

  • Liaise between team members and managers in daily operations 

  • Provide support in developing and implementing new business processes and work on projects supporting future supply activities

  • Develop effective working relationships and networks with sales, logistics and other supply teams

  • Work with an international customer base

Who you are

  • You hold a Master degree in a relevant field of studies and you have experience in team leadership

  • You have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes, customer business, product and service offering and minimum three years of working experience

  • You have good knowledge of IT tools (e.g., Salesforce, COL, SAP, OBI)

  • You communicate and cooperate effectively with internal stakeholders

  • You like to work in international teams

  • You are fluent in English, other languages are considered an asset

  • You have a customer and solution-oriented mindset 

  • You are a team person who can take initiative and make decisions

  • You show enthusiasm for renewal and changes
