Vonage has created the Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office to be responsible for driving and monitoring compliance against Vonage’s CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States) requirements following the acquisition of Vonage by Ericsson.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious CFIUS Change Manager to join this growing team.

The Change Manager will oversee and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of the multiple transformational projects designed to enable enhanced sustained compliance with the CIFUS regulatory requirement. You will drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of new initiatives, which include changes to business processes, systems, and technology.  You will identify and coordinate training needs and communication plans to effectively disseminate and roll-out the project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all departmental initiatives by leading the change management process.
  • Create and execute comprehensive change management plans for various department initiatives.
  • Identify and coordinate training needs and communication plans to effectively disseminate and roll-out the project initiatives.
  • Keep thorough records of all change management activities and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Support change owners by coordinating and tracking activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyzes results and develops recommendations on change and communication results.


Requirements:

  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing compliance projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, effectively communicating complex compliance issues to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Knowledge or experience with CFIUS a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, IT, Security, management, or related field
  • 4+ experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or software development sector
