The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies. The HRBP collaborates closely with leadership to support performance management, change management, and employee relations, ensuring a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture. - 2-3 years BPO experience handling relationship functions
- Strong domain knowledge of statutory and labor laws, employment norms
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience driving Performance Management and Talent Management processes
- Experience handling employee grievance, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations
- Experience managing rewards and recognition frameworks and engagement practices
- Analytical mindset with ability to influence and drive results
