Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and transform data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, while preparing data using Power Query and ensuring refresh, RLS, and performance.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, applying visualization best practices for clarity and usability.
- Build and optimize data models (relational/dimensional), DAX measures, and calculations to improve accessibility and reporting efficiency.
- Design and implement data pipelines and transformation workflows to integrate and process data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data requirements and deliver aligned BI and data solutions.
- Leverage Power Platform tools, AI, and automation to enhance workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and optimize data processing.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and drive continuous improvements in analytics, data workflows, and reporting practices.
- Support data strategy initiatives and contribute to the delivery of scalable, business-aligned data solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements and insight delivery
Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service) for dashboard and report development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling (star schema).
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling concepts (relational and dimensional).
• Experience with data cleaning, validation, preparation, and visualization best practices.
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools including Power Automate/ Power Query/Power Apps/M-Query
• Working knowledge of Python/R for analytics is a plus
• Awareness of AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
