About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Lead to drive growth across our broker-led sales business. Based in North America, this role leads a team focused on managing key accounts and broker partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to accelerate sales, expand market presence, and deliver results across all CGA customer channels.
What You Will Do
You will develop and manage strategic relationships with national and international key accounts to drive omnichannel sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure profitable growth. Leading a national Group/Channel Key Account Team, you’ll focus on talent development and team performance.
Key responsibilities include preparing and leading annual contract negotiations with customer headquarters, aligning on terms, pricing, and product offers in line with company strategy. You’ll manage customer P&L and trade investments, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
You’ll also develop and execute forecasts, budgets, and account plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Regular market and customer analysis will help identify risks and opportunities, which you’ll communicate to internal stakeholders. As the main customer contact, you’ll oversee all aspects of the relationship, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and services.
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Customer Marketing, Field Sales, and Demand Planning is essential to maximize business potential and implement new opportunities. You’ll also contribute to best practice sharing and strategic projects, and manage broker relationships, including negotiating terms and evaluating performance.
Who You Are
You hold a university degree in business administration and bring at least 8 years of FMCG experience, with a strong background in sales and strategic customer management. You have a proven track record in negotiating, selling, and delivering tailored customer plans that meet both company and client goals.
You possess strong analytical skills, a holistic business view, and the ability to interpret data to guide strategy. Leadership experience is essential, with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and engage teams. You’re skilled at setting organizational priorities and fluent in English.
