What You'll Do
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Fintech Ops specialists
- Assist the team with day to day tasks (when needed)
- Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for the Fintech ops team
- Fintech Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Fintech Ops team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of payment issues
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for handling payment inquiries and disputes
- Monitor and analyze Fintech metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve Fintech Ops processes and systems
- Implement automation and data-driven solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of Fintech Ops operations
- Stay updated on the latest payment technologies, trends, and best practices
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other field departments to resolve payment related issues
- Collaborate with the product team to build new features
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align Fintech Ops initiatives with overall business objectives
- Provide regular updates on Fintech Ops performance, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to Fintech Ops processes
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Fintech, payment or support leadership role, preferably in a food delivery tech environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team
- Proactive and problem-solving approach
- Strong understanding of payment systems, processes, and industry regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, economy or any related field preferred
