Assist in managing the Billing team as needed and provide support.
Oversee the billing preparation and processing during the monthly close cycle.
Assist with resolving billing discrepancies or issues escalated by team members.
Manage the portal inbox to ensure timely response to the business or customer.
Ensure customer master accounts are up to date with required changes.
Interact with other internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to improve processes, resolve issues and update necessary billing information.
Ensure billing policies and procedures are documented and followed.
Work closely with the Cebu Team Lead and U.S. Billing Team to support departmental goals, learnings, and team objectives.
