ERM Italy is looking for a Team Assistant (Entry level) belonging to L.68/99 (“categorie protette”) to join our Italian Office in Milan.
Role
The Team Assistant ensures accurate, timely and value-added support to the team necessities (e.g. travel, invoicing, document management…). This role ensures the support to the Line Managers and to the Project Managers in all their administrative activities and the induction of all the new hired in the team.
Activities
- Responsible of the support in organizing meetings, catch-up at local level;
- Support the Line Manager in the control and management of the billable time (hours charged on projects) reviewing the tool used to check it;
- Actively support on administrative task e.g. proposal preparation, pricing, documents for the client, documents for internal compliance
- Assist/liaise with the Financial Controller for maintenance of project / invoicing;
- Support on marketing/commercial activities (e.g. event organization, power point drafting…);
- Support on quality assurance / quality control of projects deliverables and on subcontractor management
The successful candidate shall ideally have:
- Accounting high school degree or university background in finance, languages or other relevant fields;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken (level B2/C1) is mandatory. The knowledge of additional language (French, Spanish…) will be considered as plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Office Suite, with a specific focus on Excel
The recommended recruiting range for this role is €30,000 - €36,000.

Skills Required
