Conduct desktop research, assess environmental liabilities, evaluate EHS/ESG governance and compliance, prepare technical reports and proposal sections, coordinate global teams, and assist project managers with project administration, costing, and materiality assessments.

Lead North America tax strategy and compliance, overseeing corporate and indirect tax, ASC 740 accounting, ERP and legal-entity transformations, tax audits, and tax technology adoption.
