Tax Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Tax Operations Specialist to join our vibrant professional tax team. Someone who finds satisfaction in staying in their role, without having the urge to find the next one already — taking pride in doing great work and keeping the back office in top shape. A reliable, detail-oriented person who thrives in a busy environment by bringing calmness, clarity, and consistency.  

The Tax team currently consists out of 10 colleagues in NL, US and India. In the Netherlands there are 3 team members with whom you will have daily interaction.

What you’ll be doing 

• Supporting the tax team with administrative and operational tasks 

• Managing documents, deadlines, workflows, and internal systems 

• Keeping processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly 

• Acting as a reliable point of contact for colleagues from all over the world  

Some examples of your involvement 

• Monitor our global VAT and corporate income tax filing deadlines and communicate on this with those who prepare and submit these filings 

• Maintain organized process for obtaining residency certificates, filing of requests for exemption certificates and filing of requests for withholding tax refunds 

• Filing of country-by-country reporting notifications and Pillar 2 notifications 

• Assist in preparation of Transfer pricing documentation (e.g. local files) 

• Bachelor-level education (or equivalent experience) 

• Experience in administrative or financial roles—ideally in tax or a similar environment 

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail 

• You’re comfortable working independently and take pride in structure and accuracy 

• You enjoy being part of a dynamic high-energy team while bringing calmness and stability, which helps the team function smoothly 
• MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) savvy
