The Opportunity
As a Tax Innovation - Product Management - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and managing innovative software solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients. Within our Tax practice, you will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal products, bridging the gap between business, user experience, and technology to drive business growth. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life, confirming that products meet market demands and support key business activities.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering diverse and inclusive teams that contribute to the firm's success. In this role, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to refine and enhance product offerings. Your ability to convey clear, impactful messages and navigate through ambiguity will be crucial in driving operational excellence and achieving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within product management
- Leading the development and management of product roadmaps to align with market demands and business growth
- Driving product lifecycle management from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative software solutions that address client needs
- Utilizing agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and improve time-to-market
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and positioning
- Overseeing commercialization and go-to-market planning for commercial products
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine product offerings
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate product value and vision
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
