As a SailPoint Identity and Access Management Manager you will lead work centered on secure access design, identity lifecycle management, and the implementation of access controls that support employees and clients. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach team members, manage priorities across workstreams, and use sound judgment to resolve complex issues while advancing client service goals. This role sits within our Cybersecurity practice, where you will help shape identity and access solutions that support secure operations, technology adoption, and business needs.
In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery across identity governance, access administration, and process improvement efforts, while contributing to solution design and quality review. You will work across teams to validate timelines, support issue resolution, and develop junior professionals through feedback and mentoring. The role also calls for clear communication with stakeholders, a practical understanding of cybersecurity methods, and the ability to apply firm tools and methodologies to deliver work that aligns with client expectations and PwC values.
Responsibilities
- Leading identity and access management workstreams for client engagements, translating security requirements into practical access solutions
- Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables across SailPoint implementations and access governance initiatives
- Designing and refining identity governance processes, including joiner mover leaver workflows, role based access control, and privileged access management
- Overseeing configuration and deployment activities for SailPoint platforms, access control models, and authorization management systems
- Analyzing access risks, user entitlement trends, and control gaps to support informed recommendations and remediation actions
- Coaching team members on identity governance methods, technical documentation, and delivery expectations across engagement phases
- Reviewing work products for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with security, compliance, and client requirements
- Building client relationships to gather business and technical requirements, clarify access policy needs, and guide solution design
- Applying knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, and cloud identity and access management tools to solve complex access challenges
- Identifying opportunities to improve identity governance processes, security awareness, and automation across client environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
