We are Looking for:
- Someone to attend the physical office at least 3 days per week.

About the Job:
- We are looking for a South African based employee to work alongside US tax specialists to deliver amazingly clever, detailed and timeous results to our clients. As our Tax Analyst, you will work with us on a full time basis and your main responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Gather client and business information for personal and business income tax preparation using Quickbooks Online, Gusto payroll system, & Google Docs.
- Prepare US federal and state income tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065’s) in ProConnect Tax Online for online business owners and supporting workpapers in Google Sheets.
- Calculate quarterly estimated income taxes and tax plans for online business owners using Pro-Connect Online and our custom in-house spreadsheets.
- Analyze our clients’ businesses and tax structure to identify tax savings opportunities
- Prepare various tax deliverables such as elections, letters to tax authorities, letters to stakeholders, etc.
- Work directly with our Tax Director to improve internal workflows and document service delivery process
