More about this role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Intern to support our Pastry business in Warsaw. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how production planning and operational planning processes work in a dynamic FMCG environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations while developing both technical and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time role, based in Warsaw for a duration of 9 months.

- Production planning processes in a global FMCG company
- Operational planning and supply chain coordination
- Data analysis and reporting in Supply Chain
- Cross-functional collaboration with different business teams
- Best practices in planning, forecasting, and process optimization
- Technical and soft skills essential for a successful career in Supply Chain
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Supply Chain and Planning teams in daily operations
- Assist with production planning and operational planning activities
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports
- Help monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree graduates or final-year students in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL will be considered a strong advantage
- Advanced level of English, fluent Polish
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
