The Role:
- Over a 3-year program, you'll get to work across our operations in three 12-month rotations- Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership.
- First position will be based at our factory located in Szekesfehervar, with starting role possibilities set to be either Automation Engineer or Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
- You will experience a variety of roles across different departments, with a possibility of even changing location to one of our other plants in Slovakia, Poland and Czechia, which might include: Kostolné Kračany, Bratislava, Lovosice, Opava and more.

Candidate Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines.
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation Engineering or a related Engineering or Operations degree.
- Fluent in English, as well Hungarian or Slovak. We don't want perfect language proficiency, for us clear communications skills are important.
- For you to get the most out of our graduate scheme we require flexibility to relocate between rotations if needed.
