We are looking for People Experience Advisor (HR Generalist) colleague as flexible part-time (30-hours) worker.
The People Experience Advisor is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor is the key point of contact to core (Blue Collar) employees. Where appropriate the PE Advisor will support implementation of (local) projects or initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
- You will work in one of our leading Chocolate and Biscuit Factories and will gain and use plant knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the business
- You will maintain the Core employees (blue collar) data in Workday and provide end-to-end support in their HR requests
- You manage the legally required documents (contracts, contract amendments, mandatory onboarding materials, paperwork related to leavers) and its (e-)filing
- You are responsible for recruitment of our core employees including job posting, interview, agency communication and onboarding
- You are responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services
Requirements:
- You are fluent in Hungarian and advanced in English
- You are experienced and knowledgeable in HR processes (min. 2 years)
- Basic knowledge of the Hungarian Labour Code and legislation.
- You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude and open mind
- Preferably you have experience in a multinational, shared service or manufacturing environment
- Experience in recruitment of manufacturing positions is highly preferred
- You work with accuracy and are able to influence and partner with a remote manager
- University Degree from law, HR or other relevant business area is a plus
- PC/technically savvy

A People Experience Advisor felelős a HR operatív tevékenységek helyi végrehajtásáért. Az Advisor a kulcsfontosságú kapcsolattartó a központi (fizikai munkát végző) alkalmazottak számára. Adott esetben támogatja a (helyi) projektek vagy kezdeményezések megvalósítását.
Főbb feladatok:
- Az egyik vezető csokoládé- és kekszgyárunkban fogsz dolgozni, és megszerzed és felhasználod a gyárral kapcsolatos ismereteidet, hogy releváns és az üzleti igényekre szabott helyi HR-szolgáltatásokat nyújts
- A Workday rendszerben kezeli a fő alkalmazottak (fizikai munkások) adatait, és teljes körű támogatást nyújt HR-kéréseikben
- Kezelni fogja a jogilag előírt dokumentumokat (szerződések, szerződésmódosítások, kötelező beilleszkedési anyagok, a kilépőkkel kapcsolatos papírmunka) és azok (elektronikus) iktatását.
- Felelős lesz a kulcsfontosságú munkatársaink toborzásáért, beleértve az álláshirdetéseket, az interjúkat, az ügynökségekkel való kommunikációt és a beilleszkedést.
- Felelős lesz a munkavállalói élményre való összpontosításért és a teljes körű operatív HR-szolgáltatások folyamatos fejlesztéséért.
Elvárások:
- Folyékonyan beszélsz magyarul, és magas szintű angol nyelvtudással rendelkezel.
- Tapasztalattal és ismeretekkel rendelkezel a HR-folyamatok terén (min. 2 év).
- A magyar Munka Törvénykönyvével és a vonatkozó jogszabályokkal kapcsolatos alapvető ismeretek.
- Kezdeményező, pozitív hozzáállás és nyitott szemléletmód.
- Előny, ha van tapasztalatod multinacionális, szolgáltatási vagy gyártási környezetben.
- A gyártási pozíciók toborzásában szerzett tapasztalat nagy előnyt jelent.
- Jogi, HR vagy más releváns üzleti területen szerzett egyetemi diploma előnyt jelent.
