As a Graduate Trainee within our Cloud Engineering team, you'll join a three-year development program designed to accelerate your technical growth while contributing to meaningful global initiatives from day one.
This is a permanent, full-time position that combines structured learning, rotational experiences, mentorship, and hands-on project work within our global engineering organization.
How you will contribute
You will optimize delivery of service to meet business demands and to meet the service operations strategy. In addition, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. In this role, you will also identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and oversee them and support management with regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross charging.

What You'll Do
As a Cloud Engineering Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Support the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure
- Assist with automation using Infrastructure as Code
- Learn cloud platform operations across Azure and AWS environments
- Contribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives
- Help improve system reliability, monitoring, and performance
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, security teams, and product teams
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies and engineering communities of practice
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through certifications and learning pathways
What We're Looking For
We're looking for curious problem solvers who enjoy technology and continuous learning.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Recent graduate (typically within the last two years)
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Basic understanding of networking and operating systems
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Interest in automation, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English
Experience through internships, university projects, certifications, or hackathons is highly valued.
