About the role:
Join us as an intern in 2025 and get a taste of the MDLZ business and the FMCG industry, while working on your professional development and growth.
This is a full-time internship in a Business Development team, based in Kazichene for a duration of 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience- through supporting the ongoing projects, ensuring high standards in operation are achieved daily and development of innovative initiatives. During the whole duration of the internship, you will have a team that enables you and provides valuable advice from experience, as well as an assigned mentor.
You will take part in the execution of initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.
How you will contribute:
Perform tasks and responsibilities as requested by management when necessary. An interesting part is the variety of tasks and potential to grow, by collaborating with our Process Technologist, BD Coordinator and many others.
Ensure the execution of (ISC) scope related specific projects, mainly for line and performance improvement.
Work closely with Project Engineers and supports work to identify cost-effective solutions with high cost-saving performance and develops designs to improve productivity, product quality, safety and sustainability, throughput and production cycle.
Strictly adhere to all requirements as per Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001/14001/18000, HACCP and Sanitary requirements and ensure that all suppliers working on the plant premises are informed and follow them in a timely manner.

  • University degree (professional school) in food technology, business administration or engineering in related fields.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well with others (internal and external) to gain understanding and cooperation.

  • Language requirements: Bulgarian and English

  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn.
