The role is a cover for a maternity leave - 18 months.
You will assist in the overall financial integrity and performance of a World Travel Retail for total product with support of Senior Managers.
You will assist to help team members in tasks such as prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check for daily execution and support delivery of the business unit or region objectives, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of reporting.
Indirectly you will request and use outputs from a third party team.
You will also be a part of wider finance team with opportunities to connect and learn from both peers and senior managers.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Work on the month end close cycle & working closely with the broader finance function to have one voice and insight into the business on actual performance.
- Execute data collection (via our systems and team members - not customer facing) to cover the monthly closing process and monthly rolling forecasts. Ensure proper system submission on a timely manner. Actively support closing analysis of business results
- Execute revenue and profitability aspects of business planning together with the business stakeholders (annual & rolling forecasts, target development, price increase, product mix management, A&C planning and execution).
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams - business partnering to the MD and commercial teams to deliver against volume, NR, OI, targets.
- Partake in ongoing Mondelez projects for WTR testing & implementation, working with the other CU's and central functions.
- Influence sales and marketing teams, using relevant training, reports and procedures to enhance capabilities and help deliver the MDLZ algorithm.
- Support monthly forecasting process for NR, ensuring correct and best volume outlook and correct NR monetization.
- Execute ad-hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager.
- Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team in an ever evolving marketplace & work on other ad hoc projects to support the mission.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting & Finance required & ideally a professional finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CPA)
- Strong strategic & analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate effectively to simplify the complex, and drive traction throughout the WTR business.
- Some experience partnering commercial teams, with a track record of success.
- Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) experience strongly preferred.
- Strong technical skills required (i.e., Excel/SAP/SAC/TPM systems) and familiarity with visualization packages (Tableau etc.)
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 2.650 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
