Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative and reliable IT and engineering solutions to the Federal Government. BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services.
BTI is currently searching for a Task Manager (TM) to fulfill the roles and responsibilities below:
The Task Manager provides day-to-day operational oversight of assigned task areas and BTI personnel. The TM serves as the primary point of contact between Government Task Monitors and BTI staff, ensuring work requirements are executed efficiently and in accordance with performance standards. Responsibilities include workload planning, employee development, performance management, resource coordination, risk identification, and status reporting. The TM ensures operational continuity while supporting customer requirements and mission objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or related discipline.
- ITIL Foundation or CAPM certification preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of technical team leadership experience.
- Experience managing technical staff, customer relationships, and operational support activities.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure operations.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline
- ITIL Foundation or CAPM certification
