Great Hill is seeking a Task Lead/Ops Planner in Colorado Springs, CO. This initiative focuses on enhancing global sensor management capabilities to support missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness operations. The selected candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate tasks, and oversee the development and execution of detailed test plans in alignment with mission objectives. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive project management experience and expertise in space and command and control operations. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a team working with classified data, coordinate cutting-edge operational testing efforts, and contribute to national security objectives in a collaborative environment at facilities in and around Colorado Springs. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in project management, operational planning, and joint-service integration, with a commitment to excellence in project execution and deliverables.
- Required Skills:
- Experience managing contract teams and coordinating tasks.
- Expertise in test planning (concepts, scenarios, detailed plans).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 12+ years of supervisory/project management experience.
- 4+ years in space and command and control operations.
- Desired Skills:
- Experience with Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) or operational testing.
- Security Clearance:
- Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
