We are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer to help us build a strong candidate pipeline across various markets and functions. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the talent needs for various teams (Tech, Finance, Sales, etc.).
- Actively source candidates across different platforms and geographies, ensuring diversity in candidate pools.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates’ qualifications for different roles.
- Manage and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain communication with candidates.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage candidates effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience working with ATS systems and scheduling tools
- English B2+ Level
