Join TCIO Operations to build and scale intelligent solutions that automate critical processes and deliver data-driven insights at the center of JPMorgan’s balance sheet management function. You’ll combine Generative AI (LLMs), and other pro and low code solutions (e.g. Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau) along with modern cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks/Snowflake) to deliver controlled, high-impact solutions in partnership with senior stakeholders and internal Technology partners. As an Intelligent Solutions Associate in Treasury and the Chief Investment Office (TCIO) you will design and deliver intelligent solutions that automate critical processes and provide data-driven insights. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their workflows, translate needs into well-defined solutions, and support ongoing performance monitoring. You will help strengthen execution, governance, and scalability while growing your technical and business knowledge.
Job responsibilities
- Design and build solutions utilizing the Firm’s full IS toolset including AI, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Pega, & Tableau in the most expedited and controlled way while ensuring compliance with Firm IS policies and change management standards.
- Migrate and build solutions in Cloud based environments such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Wear many hats during the life cycle of a solution including project manager, business analyst and solution developer. This will also include working with business stakeholders to understand their processes to ensure the solution meets the strategic needs of the business overall.
- Document solutions so they can be easily supported and configured as needed by business process owners after development is completed.
- Monitor execution of all IS tools and produce associated analytics and MIS to be shared with leadership as part of recurring reviews.
- Work with other IA teams across the firm and TCIO’s core Technology team to leverage all ideas and best practices to ensure the most efficient solution is built and in the most expedited way.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience working in a financial oriented role developing process improvements.
- Previous experience using AI to develop and enhance solutions.
- Previous experience using Databricks or Snowflake.
- Strong programming skills in Python with advanced proficiency in SQL for performing data analysis.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership experience with ability to work across teams and drive initiatives forward
