About You

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and build pipelines of highly qualified candidates for key roles such as sales, marketing, client experience, and other revenue-related positions across the company. You will partner closely with hiring managers, talent acquisition partners, and talent acquisition leadership to understand hiring needs and source passive talent using creative and strategic sourcing methods. Your goal will be to find and connect the best candidates, ensuring a steady stream of top-tier talent for current and future roles.

What You Will Do

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent across multiple channels, including networking, employee referrals, professional associations, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Market Research and Talent Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to identify and map out key talent pools, including industry trends and relevant networking communities, ensuring a strategic approach to sourcing passive candidates in the luxury retail sector.
  • Candidate Outreach: Partner with hiring managers to discuss strategies for engaging potential candidates through direct outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other methods, presenting career opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring a constant supply of top-tier talent for future positions.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide targeted candidate lists that align with the company's needs.
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Nurture and develop relationships with passive candidates to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities with the company.
  • ATS Management: Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidates, ensuring all candidate interactions are recorded and accessible to recruiters and hiring managers.

What You Bring

  • You have proven experience sourcing best-in-class talent, specifically in luxury brands or relationship-based positions.
  • You lead with a research mindset to dig deep into networks to find talent.
  • You think creatively and strategically to find and attract top talent and believe in building long-term relationships with talent.
  • You have a track record of identifying and engaging with passive candidates using various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards).
  • You are proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $100,000 plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking.
