The Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Alchemy, you will contribute to one of the most important things at the company - building out the team. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing a process for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates. You'll also be responsible for coaching hiring managers and acting as a thought partner to the leadership team. It's important that you're able to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a recruiting strategy for Product, Engineering, and / or Design teams
  • Ability to articulate our business and technology to build relationships with the best technical talent in the world
  • Understand how to source and attract a diverse candidate pool
  • Screen for exactly the right candidates through thoughtful, effective questions to pinpoint the precise skills needed to be successful
  • Craft a candidate experience and process that results in a successful close of our top candidates
  • Manage senior stakeholders through coaching and weekly updates
  • Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate results to the team
  • Own one of the single most important aspects of our business by growing our team that is consistent with the Alchemy brand

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting 
  • 2+ years of experience working at a high-growth startup 
  • Successful track record of sourcing technical talent ranging from entry level to director level
  • Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
  • Translate high-level recruiting goals into implementation; own the execution end to end
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and coaching hiring managers 
  • Passion for blockchain technologies and Web3
  • A hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus!

Benefits:

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $130,000 - $190,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
