The LRG Talent Partner team’s mission is to bring the best talent from less-represented groups (LRG) to Roblox. As a LRG Talent Partner, you will report to the Senior Manager, LRG Talent Acquisition and build diverse talent pipelines for our Engineering and Product organizations. You will understand and champion our strategy for hiring less-represented talent while crafting positive experiences for our hiring teams, recruiting partners, and candidates. You will drive value from programs that support inclusion and diversity at Roblox by working cross-functionally with our Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Events, and Learning & Development teams. Aligned with our team vision, you believe that diverse teams unlock innovation, build a sense of belonging, and make Roblox better for our users and employees

You Will:

  • Deliver diverse talent pipelines by sourcing, engaging, and nurturing top talent from less-represented groups
  • Build relationships with top talent, nurturing them over the long-term in an effort to convert them to active candidates
  • Drive the understanding and support of Roblox’s LRG talent strategy with hiring teams and talent acquisition partners
  • Execute on projects and programs that progress diversity hiring
  • Partner with our Recruiting Events team, engaging with and hiring talent from our industry and diversity-focused events

You Have:

  • Expertise in identifying, attracting, and nurturing talent that meets the needs of our Engineering and Product teams
  • Experience using modern recruiting and sourcing tools like Greenhouse, Gem, SeekOut, FindEm, TalentWall and ModernLoop
  • The ability to build effective relationships with direct and cross-functional stakeholders
  • An understanding of and interest in the diversity hiring landscape, especially for hiring technical talent

You Are:

  • An experienced technical recruiting or sourcing professional with 3+ years of experience
  • Thoughtful and strategic in your approach to recruiting talent from less-represented groups
  • Metrics-driven, using data to inform your priorities and recruiting strategies

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$153,080$192,840 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
