Position Overview:
Talent Partners are responsible for resourcing solutions, proactively sourcing, supplying and recruiting new employees and facilitating talent moves. They manage recruitment from requisition to offer accepted and manage the talent pipeline to guide and advise on resourcing options (eg full-time regular resource, contingent worker etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment forecasting as output from Workforce Planning and Succession Planning
- Provide advice on job descriptions
- Pro-actively source candidates for high attrition/key roles and manage Talent Pools
- Conduct applicant screening
- Oversee interview process with candidates and hiring managers
- Create and extend offer within reward principles
- Oversee unsuccessful candidate rejection (internal candidates by Hiring Manager and external candidates by TP)
- Execution of Employer Brand strategy in market
- Manage Internship / apprentice recruitment
- Manage Contingent Workforce recruitment (or manage supplier)
- Manage external partnership (agencies, diversity recruitment partners)
- Develop and execute the EDI talent acquisition strategy (in accordance with EDI strategy set by the Country HR Lead)
Qualifications:
- Educational background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or HR management.
- Skills: Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills. Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment software.

- Adaptability: Able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
